Our Mission: To deliver a nutritious meal and a wellness check-in to residents in communities we serve in Anoka and Hennepin County.
There are individuals in our community that are in need of a nutritious noon time meal, as well as, a wellness check-in from a caring neighbor. Anoka- Champlin Meals on Wheels provides that meal and check-in Monday through Friday each week for neighbors in need. Each day we provide more than 110 neighbors with our services the 17 communities we serve. The neighbors we serve are senior citizens, adults with physical disabilities or mental health issues, recovering from surgery, or otherwise homebound. Our goal is to provide those in our community at nutritional risk with a warm meal and visit from a caring volunteer.
