Program Outcomes
In April 2011, Anoka- Champlin Meals on Wheels Board of Directors resolved to track the following programmatic outcomes to measure the impact our organization is having on the neighbors we serve in our community:

80% of all deliveries will include interpersonal contact between those served and the person delivering the meal.

80% of clients feel cared for by their community.

70% of clients report increased social interaction.

70% of clients report improved health.

80% of clients have increased self-esteem.
