Local Route Drivers
Volunteer drivers deliver meals to those in need of meals in our local community. As much as possible, we strive to be sensitive to the length of delivery routes. Delivery times vary, but all around the lunchtime. Most drivers arrive between 10:30 -11:00 and are finished by 1:00.
Each driver receives detailed maps and directions for drivers. Drivers need to have a valid driver’s license and current insurance. Bring along the kids or a friend to help navigate.
Local Delivery Sites are:
- Mercy Hospital serving Andover, Anoka, Champlin and Ramsey
- Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in East Bethel serving Ham Lake, northern Andover, St. Francis, Cedar, Wyoming and Stacy.
- St. Joseph’s Parish in Lino Lakes serving Lino Lakes, Centerville, Hugo. Columbus. Circle Pines and Lexington.
Shuttle Drivers
Each day, two drivers are needed to transport meals from Mercy Hospital to our other local delivery sites in Cedar and Lino Lakes. Shuttle leave Mercy Hospital at 10:30 and return at 11:30. This is a quick and easy way to make a impact on our community and neighbors in need.
